The blend is made from the oldest vines of the estate: Mourvedre for its warm and spiciness and Cinsault for its lightness, elegance and fruity aromas. The grapes have been vinified as if it were to obtain a red wine sothat this cuvee has a better ability to age. Elegant, fresh, pure, round and rich, anise, touch of fennel, voluptuous nish. Enjoy the spiciness and the minerality of this rose with oysters, baked sea bass, egg plant lasagna, stewed vegetables, sushi, thai cuisine, indian curries.
