Limpid yellow. A powerful, mineral-driven bouquet evokes ripe citrus and orchard fruits, jasmine and sweet butter, along with a subtle vanilla note in the background. Palate-staining Meyer lemon and pear nectar flavors are supported by an undercurrent of smoky minerality. Shows excellent clarity and power on the finish, which lingers with strong, mineral-dominated persistence. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, Feb 2018)
