Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne Chardonnay NV
Beautiful pale golden yellow colour with gentle green reflections, a vibrant, luminous colour. Active effervescence with a persistent release of bubbles.At first very intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Vinosity that is not excessive, supported by excellent freshness. Notes of nectarines, citrus fruits with a pleasant mineral quality in the finish. Long, very refreshing finish.

From a blend of 100% premiers crus Chardonnay grapes from recent vintages. Grapes from vineyards Sillery and Brimont (ancestral home of the Ruinart family), and other premier sites. Fine mousse and bubble flow. Citrus and Apple flavors with honeysuckle, toasty notes and lemon rind. Well balanced with nutty character, great mouthfeel on long finish, ending with mineral and yeasty tang. Nice!

A clean and precise nose of grapefruit, dough and a whiff of yeast. Palate displays close to neutral oak, honey, grapefruit and citrus notes, complimented by white flowers and granite. Cuts through the fat of the truffle-infused burrata perfectly. This has inserted itself as our house bubbly.
