The 2014 Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley is an absolutely amazing wine. Packed to the brim with floral aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black cherry and plum fruit intertwine with nuances of cacao nib, anise, soy, forest floor and minerals. Incredibly pure and complex, this richly textured wine is totally seamless in all of its parts, allowing for its silky texture to shine through on the palate with a finish that last for minutes. Drink now - 2036. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Monthly WTF wine night with a theme of “something to impress”. As always, wines were tasted blind. I could have sworn there was American oak on this...the finish had so much of those traditional flavors (mainly coconut). This was dark as night in the glass and powerful. Spanning the entire fruit spectrum of red, blue and black on both the nose and palate. Everything was ripe/fresh squeezed. Dark chocolate, dates, and nutmeg accompany the fruit. Drinking great right now. I called this Ridge Cabernet. Thanks, @Benjamin Keator .

Soft and drinkable, always a nice wine for the price.

PnP. Dark red color with subtle purple rims. Smells like Halloween :) Cedar, dark cherries, oak, vanilla, bourbon, chocolate, cigar box, anise, and smoke on the nose and similar on the palate. Medium tannins and medium minus depth/finish. Super complex and very good!!! Love QC!

Was awesome! PnP. Candy in a glass! Medium plus depth with ample cherry fruit combined with Su take vanilla and cheesecake. Paired perfectly with bacon wrapped stuffed boar. Totally different than my first bottle of this vintage. I’d say prime drinking age right now.

Absolute stunner. Tons of violets on the nose. We all sucked it down. Nice wine to end the night.

Very nice, but too much oak. Excellent texture and fruit.
