Initially, the wine is flowery and fruity which segues into notes of almond and fresh bread. These aromas are met with notes of citrus and green apple which leaves a beautiful impression of smoothness and freshness. On the palate, the wine exudes finesse and smotthness and is dominated by white flower fruits and floral notes. Citrus flavors are noted on the finish with a subtle hint of salinity which confirms that the majority of the fruit was sourced from the acclaimed village of La Mesnil sur Oger.

Grand cru, Blanc de Blanc grower! Impeccable balance and so easy to drink. Paired this with caviar and baked snow crab legs with olive oil and Old Bay. Really living our best life over here.

Harvest moon is up there somewhere. You’d never know with the smoke from the Glass Fire choking us. Nice respite.

Very grassy. Key lime pie, green apple, and a load of primary yeast flavor. This is beautifully balanced and I think it will benefit from some time in bottle. Disgorged 2019

Had this over a year ago, this is a new batch, a Fav! Rodolphe Péters took over the reins of this venerable estate in the southern Côte des Blancs in 2008, becoming the fourth generation to lead since the estate was founded in 1919, under the name Camille Péters. 100% Chardonnay, Crisp, fine mousse with steady flow of bubbles. Citrus, and biscuit aromas. Fresh fruit flavors of peach, apples and lemons, smooth and dry. Long mineral finish ending with elegance. Nice!

Maybe my favorite Champagne. Clean, crisp...toast, salinity. Yellow fruit and a taste of the ocean.
