Light lemon yellow . Nice yellow fruits , lemon peel , white flowers . On the palate a bit more extract than expected , yellow fruits , pretty good bracing acidity , slightly mineral saline notes on the finish . Will probably improve for a couple of years at least , a pretty decent Bourgogne Blanc with a bit more structure than expected .

A slight bit of reduction on the nose in a good way, adding complex notes. A ton of acidity and citrus up front, really drinks like a Chablis with some depth.

Chardonnay has vexed me so far. No duds as yet... however, no bangers either. Until this gem came along. Lush aromas of yellow apple, pear, pineapple and lemon. Hints of well balanced oak. Crisp, polished with a lovely, tart finish.

Decent acidity, fresh. Subtle cheesecake. Strong salty minerals! Excellent for a fine fish dish and some oysters.
