Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2021 “Beauroy” pours light straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of green apple, lemon/lime citrus, lemon curd, honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes form the nose. The finish is long and a touch rich for a 2021 Chablis. Compared to some other ‘21’s I’ve recently had, this came across more round. Very good. Drink now through 2031.
