Isole e Olena owner Paolo De Marchi took over his family's estate in the late 1970s and since that time has made his winery into a force to be reckoned with as he is one of the top ten small producers in the world. Paolo de Marchi is truly dedicated to his land and this passion as well as the fruits of his labor is exhibited in his phenomenal wines. The flagship wine, Cepparello, is 100% Sangiovese which is aged in oak barrels. Though the production is small in volume, the sensational wine of Paolo De Marchi speak volumes.
