This Grand Cru is aged for 18 months in oak from Allier 80% new oak, the rest in a wine barrel; sometimes reaches 100% new oak depending on the vintage. The domaine always ensures that the woodland of the barrel does not take precedence over the wine's aromas. Characterized by a very long finish. The wooded side is dominated by elegant aromas of fresh red fruits. The wine's silky texture is like velvet and it will delight your taste buds.
