Domaine Jean-Louis Chave Hermitage Syrah 2015

Classically made Hermitage exhibiting power, perfume, longevity and nuance from highly acclaimed Chave family. The Chave's methods for all of their wines are thoroughly traditional-perfectionist farming, low yields, full ripeness, minimal new oak, minimal intervention and no filtering. As with all of Chave's Hermitage the syrah is from Bressards, and the representation of this terroir as well as the sensational blending skill of Gerard and Jean Louis Chave produce a complx wine which balances both richness and depth as well as elegance and finesse.
