Night 1 of WineBoyz Wineapalooza. Light gold color. Great weight in the glass. Notes of lemon creme, white clay, white stone, honey, peach and vanilla. Fine grain acidity in the mouth. Got better and better with air over the evening. Classic Raveneau and we all guessed it as so. 95+

This is amazing. A rush of rock pool, salinity, yellow fruit, soft citrus on the nose. Loads of slatey mineral and rock. On the palate this expands and expands. It’s just amazing how this is so complex but restrained and in place. Just wow.

Tasted blind. Light straw gold color. Young and vibrant in the glass. Notes of white stone, chalk, honey and clay. Early on it's thin and shows as very young. Was told this had 90 min of air and i guessed 2000 Rav MdT. But with more the wine improves dramatically over 3 hours... every attribute improved and expanded. Can't wait to try again this in 5 yrs when I'm sure it will be even better.
