The Chateau Genot-Boulanger is a family estate run by Aude and Guillaume Lavollee, 4th generation vignerons, since 2008. Situated in Meursault, Cote de Beaune, they produce 30 different appellations, including 3 Grand Crus and 13 Premier Crus half in Chardonnay and half in Pinot Noir. They began working with organic farming in 2008 and received the certification in 2012.In the vineyard, they make use of everything in order to let the terroir speak. Their goal is to harvest clean and quality grapes without restricting nature. They work their soils throughout the year favoring the continual existence of healthy microbes in the soil.
