During a casual birthday celebration at a local dive bar, a chef friend of ours pulls out a bottle of '05 d'Yquem and ~30 plastic shot glasses... No stemware here anyway. It was clear who in the crowd knew what they had based on who shot and who sipped. Even from a plastic thimble, this was sublime.
