Funk, yes! Tart apple, lime, lemon, a little VA, AA, read: pear, ginger. Sour AF and great minerality and long finish.

These wines are crazy good... Salty, citrusy, cidery and a little cheese rind. Tasting great upon release but will only improve with age!

Very savennieres like. Salty. Brisk. Taunt. Good texture. Needs time. Floral and mineral with slight natural edge. Think Richard Leroy or Nourrisson only leaner and more racy.
