Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, currants, plum, leather, balsamic, smoked oak and spice. On the palate, cherry, cassis, balsamic, smoked oak, vanilla, forest floor. Medium to full body, rich mouthfeel. Medium to long finish. Complex wine with many layers. Touch of merlot is definitely noticed.
