A beautiful expression of the winery's unique terroir, this wine is a testament to the dedication of the winemaking and vineyard team who aim to produce the finest wine possible from this site. The wine is made from their 13-acre estate vineyard atop Pritchard Hill, overlooking Lake Hennessey. This first growth vineyard is meticulously farmed by David Abreu, with whom the Bryant family have worked closely for more than 12 years.

Good dark red. Expressive, complex scents of plum, black raspberry, cedar, tobacco leaf, mocha and minerals. Fine-grained and energetic on the palate, with its sweet plum and mocha flavors lifted by a floral element. There's something Pomerol-like about this wine, which is about much more than simply primary fruit and displays more energy than either the '08 or '07 Bryant bottlings. A youthful yet already impeccably balanced wine with great class and finesse, this beauty finishes with utterly seamless, noble tannins. (Stephen tanzer, Vinous, July 2019)

Pop and pour. A majestic dark garnet color. On the nose: dark fruit, currants, forest floor, spearment, some blueberries, floral. Taste: smooth, creamy, elegant, structured wine with dark berries, creme de cassis, cedar, minerals, vanilla, and a blueberry chocolate long finish. YUM..drink em.

Been breaking out some fun wines deep from the cellar to keep spirits HIGH during the stay at home Cali mandate. Day 10 is no exception......time for dinosaur steaks and a 2009 Bryant Family!! Decanted 1 hour. An arresting deep dark garnet color(lots of cloudy sediment). On the nose: caught me completely off guard with stewed meat, black olives, band aids, some licorice, red berries, and floral. Taste: Wow, this is singing "Stairway to Heaven " ....no garage band version, this is Led Zeppelin 1970s!! Dark cherries, chocolate, espresso, tobacco. A Mark Aubert beauty with fine, silky tannins coating the mouth. An elegant, rich, soft wine with a long toffee/blueberry finish

Sets the bar. Good fruit on the front blending perfectly with a powerful, mineral finish. Pritchard Hill at its best.

Pretty spectacular. Nice bright fruits and elegant structure and balance. Uniquely Bryant Family. The only fault was a quick vanishing finish.
