Dark, bright-rimmed purple. A powerfully scented, deeply complex bouquet evokes mineral-accented boysenberry, cherry preserve, licorice, exotic spice and vanilla aromas that expand slowly with air. Stains the palate with sweet, deeply concentrated black/blue fruit, spicecake, mocha and candied violet flavors that show a surprisingly graceful touch for their heft. Velvety, steadily mounting tannins lend gentle grip to a broad, smoky finish that hangs on with superb, spice-driven tenacity. (aged in new French and American oak barrels for two years) (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, April 2019)

The result of the collaboration of the Gil Family & Chris Ringland, located in the Valle de La Aragona, inside Jumilla. Bblend of 70% Cab Sauvignon & 30% old vine Monastrell aged approximately 2 years. Dark red with big berry flavors & complex spice. On the palate rich ripe cherry & blackberry flavors with vanilla spice, well balanced with acidity. Tannins are soft but the wine is still very young, lingering finish ending with oak notes. Still needs time but if you have a reason to drink something great, open a bottle, Tasting Sample.

W.S. Grand Tour Vegas: Rich and bold. A red wine with plum, currant, cocoa and hints of cinnamon and fig. Well integrated tannins. A big, wonderful wine.

Huge. Needed way more time to open up. Started getting interesting after a couple of hours.

Definitely a baby, drunk before it's time. Big and powerful but still balancing the rich, ripe fruit and lush oak. Can only imagine the beauty this will be in another 10 years.
