Drink now. Gorgeous color. For a momentous occasion this was lovey. Dominant in Pinot but balanced. Definitely interesting seeing this aged. Not mega toasty. Not yeasty. Some fruit shines through my wife says apple honey crisp perhaps. I would say there are elements of this that remind me of elements of cognac in the back end slightly grape blended note. Brioche notes. A fall freshness but not a bright crispy ness. Perhaps a better way to say it is almost fresh Apple like instead of lemon that some Chardonnay dominant ones have been. Edit: Apple as I’m honeycrisp. Not green apple
