2001 - on first pour the color immediately says advanced. Nose smelled mature nutty marzipan - mouth showed good acidity and not worth giving up on.. I told the person I was drinking this with it needed more air. I shook it violently in my glass - all of a sudden this cleaned up and showed great lime and minerality with surprising length and precision - i kid you not sometimes these older whites just need more air. I don’t think you could ask more from a white wine 15yrs in bottle. Find a reason to dink if you own it!
