Savart's 'L'Annee' is 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay and composed of entirely the current vintage's first press. It is aged entirely in oak barrels on thin lees and malolactic fermentation is stopped. Bottling occurs with no fining or filtering and the dosage is 6g/L.
