Guillaume Sergent Les Prés Dieu Extra Brut Champagne Chardonnay NV
'Pres Dieu' is made up of 100% chardonnay derived from an assembling of two parcels which are especially exposed: the one in Coulommes, otherwise known as the 'Vignes Dieu' has southern exposure, while the one in Vrigny, known as 'Pres,' where the cuvee gets its name, has eastern exposure. The Pres Dieu that is currently on the market is 100% Chardonnay from the 2012 harvest, with a dosage of 2.5 g/L.
