Return & Refund Policy

We will only accept returns of unopened and undamaged bottles. In the event that a wine is corked, we will accept the return of bottles where 90% of the wine is still in the bottle. Corked wines will be returned to the distributor and then winery. The wineries DNA test all returned bottles; if a bottle is sent back to us due to false claims you are responsible for the charges. Long story short guys... don't buy a bottle, drink it and fill it with a cheaper wine and claim the bottle was corked. You will be caught. If you purchased a wine, and for whatever reason wish to return it, you must pay for the shipping of the item back to us and a 15% restocking fee.
