Can you say reductive? Light yellow in the glass. Mineral forward, saline, pear, ah, it’s more austere than lush, some lemon grass and faint peach. No noticeable oak despite 40% new oak for 12 months in 500L containers. Finished in steel. Cheers!

Light, shimmering yellow. Aromas of pear and peach nectar and chamomile take on a smoky mineral quality with air. Silky and seamless in style, offering sappy orchard and pit fruit flavors that are sharpened by a refreshingly bitter lemon zest nuance.
