Tasting notes of lemon, pear, apple, honey, cream & minerals. Long finish with a touch of saline. Love this wine and everything it presents. Its rich minerality & acidity is top notch. Simply an outstanding wine that represents its terroir like no other. Close your eyes, take a sip and be transported to a Greek volcanic island. Highly recommend. Great weekend to all! Cheers
