Sweet, oaky. Fair acidity. Buttered popcorn and caramel candy more than wine. But fun.

Rombauer Vineyards Carneros Chardonnay 2019: Rich. Flavorful. Balanced. Nice acidity with pronounced palate flavors of yellow apple, white peach, apricot, butterscotch & vanilla. The finish is smooth, creamy & very satisfying! All in all, this wine was an outstanding selection and the perfect complement for my remarkable meal of roasted beet & citrus salad and pan seared duck breast. Cheers
