Roederer adds oak-aged reserve wines to all their blends to create complex, dry and harmonious sparkling wines. Fine bubbles, nice firm mousse with aromas of toasty fruit, blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and nutty ripe pear & biscuit notes, great mouthfeel. Long finish ending with creamy nutty mineral and yeasty notes. Smooth and crisp! Nice!
