Pale lemon, fine bubbles, aromas of stone fruits, yeasty and mineral notes. On the palate flavors of crisp apple and pear adding citrus and pronounced mineral tones, crisp & refreshing. Long ending with notes of lemon, yeasty and earthy mineral character. Nice!
