Fragrant. Wild citrus. Reminds me of what the kitchen smells like when my Ma would peel mangos from our backyard garden in Florida. A welcome, rounded wildflower and honey sweetness, balanced with a subtle kick of acidity to finish. It’s pleasant. Reminds me of a writing retreat I went to up in the Green Mountain National Forest outside Middlebury, Vermont. Perfect for sipping while sitting in Adirondack chairs and taking in an errant, cool summer breeze.
