Slightly plonky passion fruit with just enough acid to keep it interesting. With less this might devolve into Skittles territory.

8.6Sipping Fine Wine
Comes with built-in “ready to drink” temperature sensor, “snowflake” on label turns “blue” in fridge when ready to drink! Pale straw with aromas of citrus and tropical fruits adding grassy floral herb notes. On the palate ripe peach and pineapple with lemon zest, classic New Zealand SB. Vivid acidity and grassy spice complement this well balanced wine to a medium finish.

Clear, tropical, pretty pale in color. Grape doesn’t get too ripe. Mineraly, acid, lots of acid. Good with artichoke, or asparagus

White grapes, apricots, and peaches, good brightness, and some freshness. Lemon, lots of floral notes. Great acid and some funk at the end.
