A wildly fresh mix of crushed apples, chamomile and white smoke wafts up from the NV Bianco Labrusca. It’s pleasantly sweet with a bitter contrast of savory spice carried across a wave of silken bubbles. The palate is completely refreshed as candied ginger and lemon zest notes fade.
