Utterly spectacular. For those that don’t know the FMC stands for Fucking Marvelous Chenin - and it is just that. The nose is honey, chalk, marzipan and pineapple. Bright gold colour, great acidity that cuts through the spicy Moroccan crab we had tonight. The palate is gorgeous with flavours of dried apricot, vanilla and honey. Currently my favourite white wine. Full stop.
