A juicy, aromatic Sauvignon without the over-the-top exotic fruit and with nice minerality. Expressive nose with grassy aromas, some nettle, green apples, shy peach & gooseberry, with a rocky mineral edge underneath. On the palate this has a nice rounded mouthfeel with juicy acidity and a herby, mineral finish. This has nice depth, brilliant balance and a very nice character.
