NOSE: bright, clear citrus (lemon, a little orange), pineapple, sweet nuts, sweet cream, and a dash of sea water. Smells very inviting. TASTE: good! Balanced, fresh citrus, now with lime in addition to the flavors on the nose. Some nice minerals, though the citrus is much more prominent. Small bubbles. Bitter orange zest on the finish. This is good! 90.

New Mexico? Really?? Not bad at all- starts out a bit brut but ends with a touch of slight sweetness. Hard to believe but a steal for the price.

Very nice American Sparkler. Fruit forward aromas and flavors of apple, lime and lemon. Strong mineral notes. Creamy texture with just a hint of Leesy Brioche on the long and lingering earthy finish. A touch tangy, but clean and smooth. Revisited in December 2021. Always consistently good. Revisited again in April 2024.
