The 2019 Dolcetto d'Alba Coste & Fossati is laced with wild dark cherry, plum, spice, leather, tobacco, incense and scorched earth. In this vintage, the Coste & Fossati is a bit more aromatic and less weighty than it can be, but it is nevertheless delicious, not to mention one of the most distinctive Dolcettos readers will come across. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, September 2021)

Lovely minerality up front, dark fruits, nice acid balance, goes very well with our fusilli pasta w/onions, garlic, capers, tomatoes, and olives.
