I get hints of coconut with a salty acidic finish that make this a unique flx riesling that gets better the more you have. These guys really know how to make something special.

Really surprising. I think this has seen some oak. Tastes more like Chardonnay than Riesling. Has nice weight, and texture. Really fresh. Still delish.

More #riesling-like. Did I prefer it because it was more familiar? Tertiary petrol aromas were noticeable on the nose. Good acidity and relatively long finish. Lemon, yellow peach, mandarins. RS 0.2.

This wine was a knockout. It might be the second best dry Riesling I’ve had from the Finger Lakes. Would pair perfectly with oysters because of the pronounced salinity. Bursting with ripe white peaches, Granny Smith apple and freshly squeezed lime juice. Would describe this wine as electric, precise and refined. Delicious.

Riesling at another level for the FLX Slate minerality, brine, citrus with nice acid on the finish. Truly worth the hype.
