Sipping Fine Wine

Blend of 80% Merlot, 17% Cab Sauv, 2% Cab Franc and 1% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby with aromas of rich berry fruit and earthy spice tones. On the palate flavors of rich blackberry and black cherry with sweet spice, licorice and cacao notes. Fine tannins, long finish ending with oak and mineral character. Good to drink now, will age some.

Sipping Fine Wine

Dark Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits, herbs and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry, raspberry and black currant with espresso, cacao and earthy spice notes. Well balanced, lively acidity, fine dusty tannins long ending with fruit and tobacco spice! Nice!

Nice Napa Cab. Blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petite Verdot. Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of dark cherry compote, baking spices, violets, caramel and fresh herbs. The lush pallet also features cooked dark berry fruit, cocoa and baking spices along with a very nice mineral note. Hint of vanilla and oak on the very lengthy finish. Beautifully rich and complex. Mouth drying tannins and a firm structure. Lovely balance. Elegant.

This opened up really nice! Full, velvety, meaty, lots of dark fruit with cutting acidity and firm tannings. Still much prefer their Merlot, but this is quickly becoming a Napa Cab standard.
