A lovely wine. The fruit was present, and mature. There was an excellent mossy, forest floor mid palate with tremendous balance. The tannins lingered just a bit too long on the finish, and while most of the initial funk blew off, there was a slight lingering feeling that we were on the back side of this bottle.
