Sipping Fine Wine
A blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot & 9% Cabernet Franc, aged in 60% new oak, deep Ruby color with aromas of dark berry fruits, floral herbs and cedar notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, currents and plum with notes of herbs, oak and spice. Fine tight tannins, long finish ending with fruit, cedar and mineral spice. Tasting well! Give it another 3-5 before you can really enjoy.

Decanted and it appreciated the time to evolve, and after two hours it was drinking very nicely. Deep ruby with nose of black berry fruits, tobacco and some spices. Smooth silky tannins and mouth-filling flavours in the palate. Long satisfying and lingering aftertaste.

Enjoyed with Pat’s grilled steaks, but lighter than expected. May be my “cellar” storage.
