Wine did not show well today. Will need to taste again when it goes in bottle. Tasting a green quality which is not good.

Classy nose almost reaching the classic violet of the chateau. Followed by immediate smooth berry flavour not yet much body but s mooth finish. Hopefully body will develop over time.

Awful, not for me. Blood red and bitter, I had to suppress a mild grimace with each hesitant sip. I’m not sure if there’s something wrong with this bottle or it always tastes this underwhelming. Either way, I’m not going to chance it again. Off to the Shitlist you go Chateau Branaire-Ducru.

Everything you love about Bordeaux right here in one bottle! A sophisticated lush wine. Deep purple in color. Herbal aromas. Black cherry. Cola. A soft lingering finish. Cheers
