Had this at a tasting. Too sweet, lacks depth and balance. I would grab a Lambrusco instead, if I was in the mood for a sweet red with a pizza. Tasting Sample.

To be honest...not a big fan if the nose but for a dessert wine with effervescence this is refreshing and a "crowd-pleaser"!

Sweet Italian. Ruby in color with a light red rim. The nose is a little funky with rotten fruits, blueberries, cherries and figs. Sweet on the palate with blackberries, blueberries, raisins and cherries. Nice wine yet the smell bothered me enough not to enjoy it fully. 7% alcohol by volume.
