Pale lemon color clear, stream of tiny bubbles with a light foam mousse. Aromas of white flesh stone and citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with biscuit and mineral notes. Good balance, medium finish ending with citrus and yeasty character.

A nice Cava Rosé from Spain. Showing citrus, limes, green apples, grapefruits and light raspberries. Light to medium in body with medium bubbles. Bitter finish with almonds. Tangy and easy drinking. Good by itself or with food. A nice pool wine. 12% alcohol by volume. 84 points
