Medium lemon with aromas of stone fruits, spice, citrus, floral and yeasty notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach & apricot with some lemon citrus zest, honeysuckle and nutty notes. Smooth, long finish, well balanced with lively acidity, ending with fruit, integrated with wet stone mineral character. Pair with a grilled King Salmon with Beurre Blanc. Nice now and will age a bit more!

Charming, seemingly endless finish. One of the few wines I've had that lives up to the hype. Critics rating this 99-100 points. I'll settle for just below.
