Right away you can tell this rose is richer and more caramelized. Spice and herbaceous elements accompany the fruit. Palate is multi faceted showing glazed strawberry and pie crust, with balancing acidity and boasting a full, velvety mouthfeel. Fabulous long finish.

This 9-year old rose is so good. Nose has developed a nice complexity and it’s still fresh. Lots of palate presence. Nice balance.

Found this 1993 rosé in a box long forgotten in a closet. It's actually kind of fun! Smells of dried apricot and tastes like figs.

Nose has tangerine peel, raspberries, roses and under-ripe nectarine. Palate has candied orange, strawberry, orange pith/zest, mild acidity and lingering mineral notes to the medium finish. Blind, this is a Provence rose to me; nice effort in the cellar here. A steal of a deal when we got this for ~$14. 2018 Blend: 38.5% Grenache, 30.5% Grenache Blanc, 12.5% Carignane, 10% Cinsault, 6% Mourvedre, 2% Picpoul & 0.5% Vermentino

Vin Gris Fe Cigar. Pink wine of the earth. Sweet but not overly sweet like Moscato.

What a fancy picture on the label. True art. Pinkie color. Lovely aroma of citrus and fruits. Simple and boring in the mouth though. A bit over-priced.
