I really like this beer. Wasn't sure if I wanted an IPA or a red ale and this was perfect. Mild hoppiness, long finish and I won't pound it!

Re- review, picked a super fresh bottle, this is much better than I first had, nice tropical and citrus notes with a balance of malts, not the best in the style as far as red IPA's but pretty close, this brewery is not consistence with their beers, it is really hit or miss in the style, so pick this one fresh, check the date, I have not found many of their beers as fresh as this, really makes a big difference

My two favorite beers, IPA and Amber, in one smooth, slightly hoppy, beautiful bottle. Smooth from start to end. If you love ambers and would like to step into IPAs, this is your carte Blanche to do it. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't enjoy this.
