Lively bubbles on light mousse, medium bodied, strawberry, apple and peach on the palate, lemon citrus with vanilla notes on nice acidity, well balanced ending with toasty mineral notes. Nice value.

I prefer this to their blanc de blancs and brut, apparently for medium price point (?) sparkling I should stick with blanc de noirs. I could drink this while hanging out with my wife and not feel bad about it.
