I don’t drink a lot of petit sirah, so I don’t have much basis for comparison. I did love it, though. Fruit forward, a bit musty, but in a good way. I was looking for something a bit off the beaten path, and I got it.

Classy name and label. Has a Grecian urn on it. Deep, dark color. Aroma of horse stalls, ripe plums and jams. Maybe some warm rocks. Flavors are big, bold and lovely. Hint of minerals. Fruits are there, but this is also balanced. A very nice version of P.S. Easy to love. Especially for fans of big wines.

Great valued #petitesirah stereotypical color. Very shiny, oily appearance. Aromas of dark wild berries. Lacking tannin, TA is more prominent. Flavor is front loaded. Full bodied, light cassis and trace of tart grape. Has opened up nicely.
