The wine seduces with aromas of pomegranate, grilled plum, and mocha that carry to a ripe, juicy palate. Big, ripe, dark & jammy. Liqueur/port style; blackberries, blueberries, dark cherries, prunes & black raspberries. Black licorice, baking spice; caramel & vanilla. Dark chocolate, some pepper, spice, dry purple florals and a long big fruit finish. Still big...it would better in another 3 years.

I really don't understand the hype. At all. It was an ok red blend. Super full body, almost overwhelming at times. At least the finish wasn't too sweet?

Wow what a Blend. Bold and a glass-staining dark color! Every sip was savor worthy from beginning to end. While you could taste the Zin the other varietals came through as well. An excellent wine worth the price!
