Coming out of Delaware, Dogfish Head’s 60 Minute IPA is aptly named. The beer is continuously hopped, with over sixty hop additions occurring over the course of an hour. Rich and vibrant, the 60 Minute IPA delivers the hoppy goods without ever sacrificing its impeccable balance. Tangy orange flavors intermingle with more resinous, piney notes with a pleasantly bitter bite to close off. Enjoy this beer with miso-glazed salmon, pasta primavera or pad thai.
