Sour red fruit, lake water, on the nose. Sour cherry on the palate. Acidic.

Tried this again at a Malbec blind tasting. Black cherry color. Also a lot of black cherry and cherry cola stuff on the nose and in the mouth. Nice fruit flavors even after all the aging. Some smoke too. It’s actually aged beautifully and I think was at a peak. Nice stuff.

Sort of sour. Drink with food - don’t drink solo.

Lighter Malbec than what I am used to; makes it feel more drinkable than a standalone glass
