The session ale of barrel-aging! (Do NOT session) Red ale, six weeks of the bat. Light caramel and banana, chocolate muffin, vanilla cookie, light coffee, vanilla slipping into cream soda. The palate is relatively round with the expected creaminess, vanilla, and such a whisper of oak that keeps on whispering. It’s saying: hand me that damn graham cracker. Soft, creamy, and overall pleasant in every respect. It won’t put hair on your chest, but it might put a little peach fuzz on your upper lip.
